User Provided Information

The Application does not require users to provide any personal information.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition to information you provide directly, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

Community Reports (User-Generated Content)

The Application includes Community Reports, where you can optionally post traffic photos. If you choose to post, we collect and process:

• The photo and caption you submit, and the checkpoint and direction you select. This content is public and shown to other users.
• A random, anonymous device identifier stored on your device. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising; it only lets us enforce blocks and lets you delete your own posts.

How we handle this content:

• Photos are public — do not upload anything you would not want shared. Location and camera metadata (EXIF/GPS) are stripped from your photo on upload.
• Every photo and caption is automatically screened before publishing; objectionable content is rejected or removed.
• You can report any post (reported posts are hidden automatically and reviewed), and you can delete your own posts at any time. We may remove content and block devices that abuse the service.
• To prevent spam and abuse, uploads are verified using Apple App Attest (iOS) and Google Play Integrity (Android). These confirm the request comes from a genuine app on a genuine device; they do not identify you.
• Traffic photos are time-sensitive and are automatically deleted after a short retention period (about two days); removed or reported content is purged shortly after.
• Community Reports is anonymous — no name, email, login or profile is required. The backend is hosted on Cloudflare.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

AdMob

We use AdMob by Google as an advertising service provider for the Application. AdMob may use and collect your device ID to provide relevant advertising and for analytics purposes. Please refer to AdMob's privacy policy for more information on their data collection and usage policies.

Opt-out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
